Frank is a very experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with additional training in Life Coaching and Personal Fitness training. Frank’s certification in Thanatology represents his training and experience assisting those dealing with the challenges associated with severe illness, death and bereavement needs. Supporting clients thru loss of any kind and helping them move forward in their lives is a particular strength for Frank.

Frank received his Master’s Degree from Concordia University. His professional experience includes providing therapy to folks with unique family dynamics including multi generational living, foster care, and blended family situations. Frank also has extensive experience providing marital and family dynamic Therapy.

His clinical approach has a focus on the mind, body, and spiritual needs of all he speaks to. This includes use of DBT, CBT, Person Centered, Reality, and Choice Theory approaches, among others. A strong desire to help his clients determine life priorities and goals to allow themselves to thrive is what centers Frank’s efforts.

When not working Frank may be found spending quality time with his three wonderful daughters and five grand-monsters! Interests in Board games, exercise and good food provide an ongoing conversation for Frank. He also makes time to nurture his Science Fiction geek side thru TV, books and movies.  Live Long and Prosper….
