DBT is a combination of therapeutic techniques including behavioral therapy, cognitive therapy, and a bit of Zen mindfulness practices thrown in for good measure. DBT incorporates an array of treatment modalities, skills, and techniques to allow a wide range of options in treatment for each individual.
We’ll work together to identify your strengths and areas of struggle. This will allow us to build on your strengths and develop interpersonal and emotional coping skills so you can have YOUR life worth living!
We welcome anyone ages three and up. Session times typically run about 53-60 minutes.
