Counseling can help, and Elizabeth enjoys helping clients discover their own brain-based strengths and build a toolbox to manage challenging emotions and successfully improve overall health and wellness.

Elizabeth is proud to come from a large family of Veterans. She loves to read about science and history, tend her herb garden, spend time in nature, and listen to anyone who wants to share stories about their life and experiences!

Elizabeth is currently accepting new clients at the Lake in the Hills and Schaumburg offices. She can be reached at (847) 221-6014 ext. 3010 or at eyoung@owenscounseling.com
