Ashlyn works with a variety of concerns including trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, career counseling, life adjustments and more! She has a passion for helping adolescents, teens and adults work through life’s challenges and meet their goals. Ashlyn strives to help people live the life they are worthy of living.

Ashlyn received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and her master’s degree in counseling from Lindenwood University. Ashlyn is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Ashlyn uses an eclectic, person centered approach. Ashlyn believes in working alongside clients on their path to change instead of leading the way. Ashlyn uses multiple counseling modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based approaches.
