Using the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy model, this group can help you:
Identify external and internal triggers to stress
Manage overwhelming emotions in a healthy way
Learn the difference between self-destructive coping and healthy coping strategies
Help you replace self-destructive coping with healthy coping skills
Learn to cope in a variety of challenging social situations
Improve relationships with family and friends
Boost your confidence and mood with strengths-based strategies
